My written reply hasn't arrived
Replies are sent within 5 working days of your request being confirmed. Please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, write to us with your request reference and we will look into it straight away.
I need to change my details or questions
Write to us before your Vedic consultant starts work and we will update your request. A corrected birth time can change a reading, so please tell us as soon as you can.
I want to cancel or ask for a refund
Our Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy explains when you can cancel and how refunds are paid. Online payment is not yet live, so requests sent through this website have not been charged.
