These terms apply when you use this website or ask Vedic Divine Wisdom for a service. The website and services are operated by registered business name and type, business address. By sending a request or using the website, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Disclaimer.

You must be 18 or older to request a service. A parent or guardian may ask on behalf of a child.

Our services

Written consultations: Spiritual Consultation, Vedic Astrology, Numerology and Vastu. You send your details and questions; a Vedic consultant replies in writing by email.
Pujas on your behalf: performed by our learned pandits in India, with a sankalp taken in your name.
Puja essentials: malas, diyas and puja sets, currently available by enquiry.
Learn: articles on festivals, puja, scripture and practice, provided for general reading.

Each service page describes what is included and what we will not do. Those descriptions form part of these terms.

The nature of our guidance

Jyotish, numerology and Vastu are traditional disciplines of interpretation. Our Vedic consultants read your details against the classical texts and explain what they find, with their reasoning. Guidance can help you reflect on timing and choices, but it is not a prediction we can guarantee, and the decisions you make remain yours.

Our guidance is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, mental health professional, lawyer, financial adviser or other qualified professional. If your question needs one, your Vedic consultant will say so. If you or someone else is in danger, call your local emergency number (112 in India).

Requesting a consultation

Please give accurate details. Readings depend on them, especially your birth time and place, and the name on your ID for Numerology.
A booking is confirmed when your payment is received. Where online payment isn't available for your currency, your request is confirmed when we accept it; until then, nothing has been booked or charged.
We may decline a request, for example if it asks us to predict a death, diagnose an illness, choose lottery or betting numbers, or harm another person, or if we cannot answer it from the details given. If we decline after you have paid, you receive a full refund.

Delivery of written replies

Your written reply is sent by email within 5 working days of your request being confirmed. One short follow-up question about the same reply is included if you send it within 14 days of receiving it. A follow-up is for clarifying the reply, not for asking a new question.

Please check your spam folder if a reply has not arrived, and write to us at explore@vedicdivinewisdom.com if it is late.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each service page and on the booking page, in Indian rupees and, where shown, US dollars. The price that applies is the one shown when you send your request. Whether GST applies and how it is shown. Your bank may charge for currency conversion.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout. Where online payment isn't available for your currency, sending a request doesn't charge you anything, and we will email you about the next steps, including how to pay.

Pujas on your behalf

Pujas are performed in India at the muhurta set by the panchang, with a sankalp taken in the names and details you give us. If you do not know your gotra, the sankalp is taken in Kashyap gotra, as tradition allows. We share the video of the puja with you, and send prasad within India or a sankalp certificate abroad, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Pujas are performed as an act of worship; we cannot promise any particular result.

Puja essentials

Products are currently available by enquiry. We confirm availability, price and delivery by email before you buy. Natural materials such as rudraksha, wood and brass vary in colour, size and finish, so your item may differ a little from the photographs.

Accounts

Sign-in is not yet available. When accounts are introduced, you will be responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity on your account.

Your information and files

When you share information or files with us, such as a floor plan, you confirm that you are entitled to share them. We use them only to provide your service, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send content that is unlawful, abusive or harmful.

Intellectual property

The website, its design, text, images and articles belong to Vedic Divine Wisdom or its licensors. Your written reply is for your personal use; you may keep it and share it privately, but not republish or sell it. Photographs on this website are licensed from their owners. Sources quoted in our articles belong to their respective authors and publishers.

Reviews and testimonials

We publish client words only with permission.

Liability

We provide our services with care, but to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on our guidance, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your request is the one published when you sent it. We may also change or withdraw a service; this does not affect requests already confirmed.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please contact us first at explore@vedicdivinewisdom.com or our Grievance Officer, Grievance Officer name and designation, and we will try to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the courts at city for jurisdiction.
